TXRevPar is a hotel revenue analytics platform focused on the Texas market. It provides property-level revenue data, competitive benchmarking, and market analytics for over 54,000 hotel properties across all 254 Texas counties.
All revenue data is sourced from publicly available Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts hotel occupancy tax records. These records are filed by hotels and motels operating in the state of Texas and cover reporting periods from 2017 to present.
Data is updated as new hotel occupancy tax filings become available from the Texas Comptroller, typically on a quarterly basis.
RevPAR stands for Revenue Per Available Room. It is calculated by dividing a property's total room revenue by its total number of available room nights over a given period. It is a standard metric used in the hospitality industry to measure a hotel's financial performance.
TTM stands for Trailing Twelve Months. It represents the total revenue generated by a property over the most recent 12-month period, providing a rolling annual view of performance.
The free plan gives you access to property search, basic property details (name, address, brand, unit capacity, status), and city/county-level analytics.
Premium ($5/month, cancel anytime) unlocks full revenue data including TTM revenue, RevPAR, year-over-year growth, monthly revenue trends and charts, competitive benchmarking against nearby properties, property comparison tools, and brand analytics leaderboards.
Yes. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account page. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
