Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your TXRevPar Premium subscription at any time from your Account page. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with TXRevPar. If you are unhappy with the Service for any reason, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 14 days: If you request a refund within 14 days of a charge, we will issue a full refund of that payment — no questions asked.
• After 14 days: Refund requests made after 14 days of a charge will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
• Service issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Premium features, contact us and we will either resolve the issue or issue a refund for the affected period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@txrevpar.com with the email address associated with your account. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Free Plan

The free tier of TXRevPar does not require payment. There is nothing to refund for free accounts.

Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at info@txrevpar.com before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
