By accessing or using TXRevPar ("the Service"), operated by TXRevPar ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
TXRevPar is a hotel revenue analytics platform that provides property-level data, revenue trends, and market analytics for Texas hotel properties. All revenue data is sourced from publicly available Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts hotel occupancy tax records.
We offer a free tier (requiring account creation) and a paid Premium tier. Features available under each tier are described on our Pricing page.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed on the Pricing page (currently $5/month). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us at info@txrevpar.com within 14 days of your most recent charge and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a full or partial refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.

While we strive for accuracy, all data on TXRevPar is derived from public records and is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the data. The information provided should not be used as the sole basis for investment, business, or financial decisions.
The Service, including its design, features, and original content (excluding public-record data), is owned by TXRevPar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TXRevPar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TXRevPar and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@txrevpar.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
